How does personalized message feature work?

Personalized message data entry is available for each Precious Moments™ quilling artwork product. Messages can be up to 50 characters long and may include a name, date, or short message. Samples of personalized messages can be found in the product image section.

When will the order be delivered?

We'll typically respond to queries within 24 hours and be ready to ship in 3-5 days for ready-to-give artwork. Made-to-order artwork will take anywhere from days up to 8 weeks to complete. Let us know if you have a specific deadline, and we will try to accommodate.

What kind of frame we should purchase? 

For quilling artwork, we recommend the double mat frame by Studio Decor from Michaels. Below is the link for your reference. If you want to order the frame, please select one with a double mat or extra space to accommodate the 3D paper design
